PY2026 Certification Information:

  • 2026 AHIP Training MUST be completed and transmitted by August 31st, 2025 and MUST be transferred using this link: https://www.ahipmedicaretraining.com/clients/bcbsnc
  • Agents are strongly encouraged to attend one of the Blue Cross NC Medicare Annual Agent Refresh virtual meetings. Check Back for those dates and/or any additional information.

Get ready for a simpler, more intuitive experience on our new Evolve Agent Portal. Starting July 17th at Noon ET, 2026 plan year certifications will be live. We’re thrilled to announce that the new system eliminates the need for agent codes. You’ll now have greater control over your downline and contracting by sending direct contracting links to new agents via email. This will not be live or in your Evolve portals until Thursday, 7/17.

     

    • Effortless hierarchy Changes are Here!
      Managing your hierarchy is now in your hands with our new self-service feature in the broker portal. You can now initiate agency transfers with a few clicks. The process is simple:
      •  The new agency accepts the request in their portal.
      •  The agent’s current agency approves the transfer.
      This new, fully digital process means no more paper forms and a much faster turnaround. Please note that all transfer requests must be submitted through the portal starting July 17th, 2025.
    • Key Updates for the 2026 Plan Year:
      • Just-in-Time (JIT) Appointments
        To improve efficiency, we are implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) appointments in Georgia, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Texas.

         

        • New Agents: Appointments will be processed only after their first CMS-approved application is submitted.
        • Existing Agents: On 12/15/25, appointments for agents in these states without a current book of business, or a pending CMS approved application, will have their state appointment removed to help streamline administrative efforts. However, they will not lose their RTS status, their contracts will persist, and agents will be re-appointed should they submit an application that is approved by CMS.
        • Clover Health will continue to cover all initial and renewal appointment fees in JIT states.
      • State-Specific Requirements for Pennsylvania
        Due to state regulations, agents in Pennsylvania must be appointed before representing Clover Health plans.

         

        • Agents who intend to conduct sales activities in Pennsylvania are required to have Pennsylvania added to their certification case.
          • Kindly note that for agents whose resident state is not Pennsylvania, this addition should only occur if there is a clear intent to actively sell within the Pennsylvania market.
        • Clover Health will continue to cover initial and renewal appointment fees in Pennsylvania.
      • Important Dates to Remember:
        • July 17th, 2025: 2026 Certifications go live at Noon (ET) on the Evolve Agent Portal. All hierarchy changes must be submitted via the portal from this date forward.
        • October 1st – December 31st: A freeze on all hierarchy changes will be in effect.

    • To begin the onboarding process, you must submit a contracting request. You can submit a request by:
      1. Completing the ‘Get Contracted with Gold Kidney’ form (click here) via the Gold Kidney Health Plan website, OR
      2. Sending an email to contracting@goldkidney.com with your name, NPN, email address and Upline name (if applicable).
  • Existing Agents:
    • You will receive a recertification email with instructions to access the Certification Case in EvolveNXT (Subject: Gold Kidney 2026 Recertification and Training).

Other Information:

  • Agents must be certified to sell – and must recertify for each selling year prior to marketing and/or selling a Medicare Product.
  • You must import your America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) certification.

2026 Medicare Advantage and D-SNP Certification Training is now available.

Certification Tips:

  1. To begin your training, log into the Producer Portal by clicking here.
  2. On the Medicare Dashboard, select the Highmark Hub under the Single Sign On column.
  3. Then, on the left-hand side of the page, select Onboarding.
  4. A new screen will open. Select START.
  5. In order to validate your NPN information from NIPR, please enter your SSN (no hyphens or spaces) into the blank field and select Validate.
  6. Use the User Guide to walk you through the rest of the certification process.

PY2025 Humana Certifications:

  • New and non-certified partner agents can enroll in the PY2025 Certification course until May 31, 2025.
    The course must be completed by June 8 at 11:59 PM (ET).

PY2026 Humana Certifications:

  • June 9: Blackout period begins for launching PY26 certification.
  • July 8: PY26 Annual Certification & Recertification (English) goes live in Humana MarketPoint University.
  • August 26: Tentative launch date for Spanish-language Certification and Recertification in Humana MarketPoint University.

Imperial

PY2026 Certifications are now live!

  • Access the Agent Portal:
    http://Agentportal.imperialhealthplan.com
    Select 2026 and complete the training module from start to finish. A 25-question test is required to be ready to sell.
  • Certification Requirement:
    Completion of the 2026 certification is mandatory to market and sell Imperial Health Plan of California products.
  • Required Documentation:
    Please ensure the following documents are current and uploaded:
    1. State License (active)
    2. AHIP Certification (current)
    3. E&O Insurance (optional but recommended)
  • Enrollment Kits:
    Once certified, you’ll have the option to pre-order 2026 enrollment kits directly through the portal.

In addition to maintaining an active California health insurance license, agents are required annually to successfully complete these two types of training:

  1. Medicare Part A, B, and D:
    • Imperial will accept either 2026 AHIP or 2026 NABIP course completion.
  2. Online health plan product training:
    • Imperial 2026 product certification will be available to you via your Imperial agent portal approximately August 11.

Independence BCBS

Kaiser Permanente

Key Dates and Information:

  • 7.1.2025 – 2025 Miramar pin codes will be turned off in preparation for 2026 certifications
  • 8.6.2025 – Kaiser certifications launch
  • Kaiser WILL NOT be using Miramar for certification in 2026 and will use the EvolveNXT Platform

Blackout Period Announcement:

  • Beginning on July 1st, 2025 (7/1/25), Kaiser will be turning off the Miramar PIN codes for product certifications in preparation of the new sale year’s certs. This blackout will only affect agents being able to register the 2024/2025 product certifications code and does not affect agent onboarding requests or “transfers”. The blackout will end on August 6th, 2025 (8/6/25) which is when the new sale year’s certs for 2025/2026 will be released.If an agent already registered the 2024/2025 certs PIN code on Miramar prior to 7/1/25, they have until 8/5/25 to complete the training if they wish. Otherwise, the next years certs will be available to all agents to to complete on 8/6/25 to maintain or begin their RTS status

Product Certs Update Announcement:

  • Kaiser has announced that they are moving away from Miramar (no more pin codes!) and have partnered with EvolveNXT for agents to complete their annual product certifications. The EvolveNXT training will go-live on August 6th, 2025 when the upcoming sale year’s certs are officially released.

Expected Benefits:

  • The new platform has clear progress indicators, and no issues related to pop-up blockers or preferred web browsers.
  • Agents will no longer upload an AHIP certificate PDF. The certificate will be shared with Kaiser electronically.
  • Agents can access the training with iPhones, iPads, or Safari browsers.
  • Exams will automatically save progress. Attempts will only be counted after the agent has fully completed the exam and achieved a score.
  • Kaiser will send EvolveNXT platform a file that identifies new learners. Therefore, there are no longer Registration PINS to access training.
  • Exam scores and program requirements will be the same as always. (85% or higher / 3 attempts)

Agents will be enrolled in training through a daily file that Kaiser sends to EvolveNXT.

  • Agent’s account and training program will be setup on their behalf.
  • Agents will not receive a registration PIN.
  • Agents will receive an email from EvolveNXT with a link and instructions.
  • Only agents that completed the 2025 training will be set up in the new system as well as new agents onboarding.
  • Agents’ email MUST be accurate for them to receive the EvolveNXT communication for training.

Medica

PY2026 Certification Information:

  • PY2026 certifications are live.
  • 2026 sales materials preorder deadline is 7/18/2025.
  • Here’s how to place your order through the Marketing Hub:
    1. Log in to the Broker Portal through Medica.com > For Brokers.
    2. Click on “Marketing Hub.”
    3. Click on the “Broker” category.
    4. Click on “2026 Preorder” and choose the state you sell in.
    5. Place an order for the materials you’d like to receive.
    Here are a few tips to help you:
    • If you’re using Medica’s electronic enrollment system, entire kits aren’t required. You can order pieces separately such as brochures.
    • When using the Marketing Hub, we recommend using Chrome as your browser.
    • To ensure that you receive all your orders in a timely manner, we recommend placing your 2026 preorder separately from any other materials or ready-to-ship items.
      Please note: You’ll receive your preordered materials around Sept. 24, 2025. If you don’t preorder your materials in July, you’ll need to wait until the end of September to order 2026 Medicare sales materials.

Medigold

Key Dates:

  • June 24th, 2025 – 2026 Certifications open

Steps to Certify for PY2026:

  1. If you are already registered with Miramar your dashboard will be on the screen after you log in. Click the button that says, “Register New Program.”
  2. You will be prompted to enter a registration pin code. Please reach out to your upline/agency for that specialized Pin code.
  3. The contracting and certification are straight forward with no exam. You will need to upload the 2026 AHIP Certification or NABIP Medicare Certification, so make sure you’ve completed that first. Time to certify from start to finish should be no more than 20-25 minutes.
  4. Please make sure to choose the appropriate information for the assignment of commissions. W9 should be your individual information when choosing “Pay me Directly” option. If you select the “Pay my Upline” option, the W9 for your upline agency should be used. This will require a TIN when making the initial selection. Reach out to your upline for that information.
  5. Please avoid using mobile devices and make sure to allow pop-ups.

PY 2026 Certification Information:

Changes for 2026

  • At the end of the program agents will select what state or states they want to be appointed in.
  • The training and certification workflows are not automatic and may require agents to return to their dashboard to refresh
  • Agents needing 2025 certification will need to go through that module separately.  This is not a dual certification for both years.
  • In progress reporting will start July 21, 2025 for CY 2026.

  • Compatibility for Miramar: Agent is tested with the following browsers:

    • Microsoft Edge
  • Miramar: Agent is NOT compatible on tablets or phones.

PY 2025 Certification Information:

  • Prominence MA will be closing credentialing from June 20th through July 6th to launch PY2026 certifications.

PY 2026 Certification Information:

Tips for Prominence Credentialing:

  • Your Agency’s MyAgentWorld Credentialing Code stays the same. Reach out if you need assistance with your code.
  • For new agents credentialing with Prominence for the first time, the 2026 Credentialing program will grant ‘Ready to Sell’ status for both 2025 and 2026 plan years.
  • Each currently contracted Prominence agent, with a book of business, will receive an invitation to credential via email on July 7th. A Credentialing Guide is attached. The invitation email they will receive comes from: Prominence@MyAgentWorld.com

 

  • Agency Leaders will continue to have the ability to invite new agents to complete credentialing, and see their credentialing status in the ‘Onboard Status’ section of MyAgentWorld.
    • Reminder: Agents must take action and complete their credentialing program within 30 days of the invitation being sent.
  • Prominence will accept either 2026 AHIP or 2026 NABIP training certificates.

SCAN

  • Certifications launched July 7th, once agents are ready to certify and they have provided the 2026 AHIP they will receive an email with the link and a guide.
    • You will have three attempts to achieve a passing score of 90%. ­­
      • Each testing attempt is captured upon clicking the ‘submit’ button at the end of the exam.

    • The UCLA contracting team will be notified upon passing or exceeding your attempts on the exam.

How to access
UHC Certifications:

  1. Visit the Jarvis homepage and click Get started today under 2026 Certifications.
  2. Click the Standard Certification path or Fast Track, if eligible.

Helpful Tips:

  • Certification modules and tests are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Answer a question correctly and you’ll move immediately to the next question. If you answer incorrectly, you’ll receive feedback that it was wrong and be directed to a section of the study guide to review. Then you will move on to the next question.
  • An attempt is counted when you complete the assessment.
  • You will have 6 attempts to complete the UnitedHealthcare Certifications.
    Passing scores vary:
    • Base level assessments
      • Medicare Basics – 85%
      • Ethics & Compliance – 85%
      • AARP – 70%
    • Next Level assessments
      • C/D-SNP – 85%

  • UnitedHealthcare will once again accept accept America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Medicare + Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training and National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), which satisfies the requirement for the UnitedHealthcare Medicare Basics Assessment (including Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug and Medicare Supplement Plans).

Wellcare

Key Dates and Information:

  • July 8-22 – New agent onboarding and 2025/2026 Wellcare Annual Certification Training (ACT) will be unavailable July 8-22, with access resuming on July 22.
  • July 22 – Access resumes for New agent onboarding and 2025/2026 Wellcare Annual Certification Training.
  • Access to the 2026 AHIP/NABIP training will continue to be available through the Training Center in Centene Workbench, via your Single Sign-On portal.
  • For information on using the Training Center within Centene Workbench to complete all training and certification requirements please visit the Training and Certification resource within Broker Connect.

 

Zing Health with Lasso

PY2025 Certification information:

  • PY2025 Certification will be closed 6/18/25. (Any onboarding invitation not completed by June 17th will be automatically closed out on June 18th. If an agent has an onboarding invitation closed and still wishes to contract with Zing, a new invitation will need to be created. You can download yout open onboarding invitations from the Onboarding Management section within the broker portal.)

PY2026 Certification information:

  • PY2026 Certification is required prior to writing any 2026 plans, or by 1/1/2026 for 2026 renewals.

  • Recertification for RTS Agents | All current Ready-to-Sell (RTS) agents and agencies will be sent a recertification invitation from Zing Health (donotreply@evolvenxt.com) on June 26. Please note, they will be processed in batches, all agents should have their invitation received by the end of day.
  • Certification Requirements | All Principal and Individual agents must complete:
  • Agencies Only –  In addition to Principal certification, there is an attestation (second step) that will need completed when logged in with agency credentials.

We anticipate First Look materials will be available in August, including updated grids.
