Certification Requirement Update:
Beginning June 30, completion of the 2027 Agent Certification Training Program will satisfy certification requirements for selling both Plan Year 2026 and Plan Year 2027 products.

Note: Current contracted agents will receive an email once their recertification is available. Certifications will be assigned and released in batches to help avoid website traffic issues. All agencies and agents should have access by the end of the day on June 23.
Certification Due Date:
There is no set certification deadline for all agents. However:
- Agents must complete certification to be ready to sell and discuss Zing Health plans.
- Agents with existing business must be certified and RTS (Ready to Sell) prior to December 31 to receive renewal commissions.
Are non-writing principals required to certify?
Yes — certification is required for the agency to receive override commissions.
