To simplify, the rule states that if you think of an action or task that can be done in two minutes or under, you should do it right then because if you don’t, it will take you longer to organize it and review it than to actually complete the task. As a busy insurance agent, your days get filled to the brim with tasks of various sizes. Use this rule for smaller jobs! Letting the little things pile up can create a huge problem that will end up being really difficult to deal with later on.
