Virginia Federal Judge Strikes Down Part of Health Care Reform Bill: Resource Articles

U.S. District Court Judge Henry E. Hudson ruled that it is unconstitutional for the government to compel it’s citizens to buy health insurance.  This is the first court ruling against the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).  Ultimately, this ruling may be the first step in an effort to repeal PPACA through the Supreme Court.
