Care Improvement Plus Update: Correction
Please notice the misprint on the Inpatient Hospital, Inpatient Mental Health and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) co-payments. They were listed incorrectly in some of the plan materials. Please review this link to the Inpatient Care Correction.
As a reminder, as a member of the Care Improvement Plus Silver Rx plan, most out-of-pocket costs are covered at no cost if the member has both Medicare and full Medicaid coverage. The Silver Rx plan is the only plan an individual with ESRD may join. Thank you for reviewing the important attachment and for making Care Improvement Plus the largest Medicare Advantage Part D Special Needs plan for the chronically ill in the country.
